Hi,
Recently I find more and more posts that look like those suitable for classifieds service or web links directories. Some are intentional spamy so I am removing them immediately without making any comments to poster while other are simply there because poster didn't give some more tought before doing the post.
Here are 3 things you should think about before posting messages here:
1. Meaningful information!!!
One line post with a link or brand name or price tag is exactly the bad example here. Meaningful information means to express some idea with the hope to share knowledge and thoughts. If such kind of intention does not exist in the underlie of a post, then post will be considered as spam or classified message and will be removed.
2. Choosing the context for your post!!!
It means that your post should be related with some group, or forum of your personal Blog. To avoid ambiguity I kept for options of new content only those options that have a relationship with clear context:
* Product Review - Only! for posts of "The Giftologist Community" group
* Group Topic - Adding new topic to an existing group
* Forum topic - Adding new topic to an existing forum
* Blog entry - Adding personal blog entry
* Book page - Adding chapter of shared book.
* Discussion Group - When you want to create new discussion group
* Project Group - When you want to create new project group
To attach a post with the group, you should select the appropriate group in the groups pane, when editing the message.
If you find some "context" is missing, such as missing forum, of missing group, or other let me know (see how) and I will consider to add it.
3. Inviting others!!!
This is a new social network. If you decided to add a meaningful post for a meaningful and relevant context (meaning some content related with Home Based Business) , and if it is important for you to generate awareness for what you had to say, then invite your friends to the network, or use the social bookmarking widged for creating a link on other networks.
Thanks.
