"Privacy Policy" terms updated - Spam checking

Hi,

We Integrated today (29/6/2010) with Mollom's anti-spam web service to prevent from unwanted messages, to interfere the social-network activity.
The anti-spam protection was applied on few forms that allow users to submit posts. Protection policy may present "Cpatcha" to appear immediately, and uses text analyzing for detecting spammy posts.

Following this change, we updated "privacy policy" terms by adding this section

Spam checking
Some of the forms that allow users to submit data are protected by anti-spam service. We are currently using the Mollom web service. Protected forms are set to show link to Mollom's service privacy policy, either when Captach is immediately presented or when real-time analysis of posted data is about to be applied. As general guiding line in this web site, when posting a message, you accept that your message and other personal details about you will be analyzed and stored for anti-spam and quality monitoring purposes, in accordance with Mollom's privacy policy" as can be found on http://mollom.com/web-service-privacy-policy

And also by updating text of section With whom is the information shared? (see highlighted text):

"Rhizome Networks LTD may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if it believes that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of Rhizome Networks LTD and its Web Sites, visitors to the Web Sites and customers of our Services. An example for that is our anti-spam protection, as described above, that uses the Mollom web-service to detect unwanted content in posts."
