The following terms extend general service terms and is refer specifically to contents and activity within Rhizome Networks Social 3.0 social-network.

Rhizome Networks LTD keep the right to delete or block member's content that is unsuitable with social network purpose and terms without any prior notification.

Rhizome Networks LTD keep the right to close Blogs, Groups, Forums and any other content at any time and without prior notice.

Allowed Content:

Any content that helps you to start, run, manage, improve and handle you Home Based Business. Excluding the restrictions set forth. Simply as that! This leave lots of place for action and creativity....

Restrictions:

1. Affiliation Links: You can add affiliation links into your content as long as this content is
   relevant. Embedding IRRELEVANT links within relevant content will result in removal of the entire item.

2. Commercial Banners are NOT allowed in blogs or forums. The same rule is applied for commercials widget embedded within Blog pages. You can use the Ad-Boards service for advertising “Home Based Business”related staff.
3. Respecting Intellectual Property: Do not publish any content that infringe the IP rights of someone else. This refer to any kind of media as well as trademarks.
4. Attaching files: When attaching files the size of the file should not exceed 1MB. Content if files is subject to the same restrictions and for written content.
5. Be polite and kind. Do not deliberately offense of slander others.
6. Avoid from creating spammy comments.
7. You may use website's Blogs, Groups, Comments etc' in order to create your back-links AS LONG AS your posts have some meaningful content that is related with the context where published. We know few SEO tricks and methods too! Please give us and other members some respect. We will take zero tolerance approach with regarding to members that post nonsense, irrelevant content only for creating back-links.
   

The following kind of content is NOT allowed:

1. Irrelevant content:A content that is found to be out of the scope of this social network will be removed immediately. In case of doubt, the content will be blocked until clarifying the subject with the issuer.

   
   

2. Pharmacy: any content related with pharmacy or purchasing

   
   

3. Credit cards or anything credit card related

   
   

4. Prescription Drugs or anything drug related, including pharmacies

   
   

5. Illegal content, products or services, or anything of dubious legality

   
   

6. Steroids or anything steroid related

   
   

7. Pornography or anything pornography related

   
   

8. Gambling or anything gambling related

   
   

9. Content that related with terror activity

   
   

10. Spammy creation of accounts

    
    

Members that consistently break those restrictions will be block with no prior
notification. Accordingly if you have doubt regarding a content you intend to publish, please ask before uploading the content to the
network.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and
conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Rhizome Networks LTD
www.virtual-workplace.org website (or any other mirror website). Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
